ORDER OPENING VIDEO (IMPORTANT)
To raise any request for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, an uninterrupted order opening video is mandatory.
Guidelines for the video:

The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

The shipping label and sealed package must be clearly visible

The video should be continuous, unedited, and clear

The product condition and issue must be visible in the video
Claims without a proper opening video may not be accepted.
DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order opening video and photos for verification.
DELAYS & NON-DELIVERY
LET’S DIY is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
